227.340. The portion of interstate highway 44 contained in a countyof the second classification with more than fifty-two thousand six hundredbut less than fifty-two thousand seven hundred inhabitants, and the portionof U.S. Highway 71 from the intersection of Interstate 44 in the county ofthe first classification with more than one hundred four thousand sixhundred but fewer than one hundred four thousand seven hundred inhabitantssouth to state route V in the county of the second classification with morethan fifty-two thousand six hundred but fewer than fifty-two thousand sevenhundred inhabitants shall be designated as the "George Washington CarverMemorial Highway".
