227.348. The bridge on eastbound and westbound Interstate 44 crossingthe Little Piney Creek in Phelps County shall be designated the "TrooperMike L. Newton Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shallerect and maintain appropriate signs commemorating such bridge, with coststo be paid for by the Missouri State Troopers' Association.
