227.376. The portion of highway 21 from the intersection of LindberghAvenue to the intersection of Gravois Road in St. Louis County shall bedesignated the "Sergeant William McEntee Memorial Highway". The departmentof transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs commemoratingthis portion of highway. Costs for such designation shall be paid for bythe Kirkwood police officers.
