227.388. The portion of highway 110 from U.S. Highway 67 to highway21 within the county of the first classification with more than one hundredninety-eight thousand but fewer than one hundred ninety-nine thousand twohundred inhabitants shall be designated the "DeSoto Railroad EmployeesMemorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by privatedonations.
