227.400. The portion of Interstate 44 from mile marker 280 to milemarker 282 in St. Louis County shall be designated the "Police OfficerRobert Stanze Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shallerect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with thecosts to be paid for by private donation.
