Terminating negotiations, rejecting requests and responses.

227.624. If the commission is not satisfied with the results ofnegotiations with a potential private partner for an agreement, thecommission may terminate negotiations with the potential private partner.The commission may reject any and all requests for approval and responsesto a request for proposals.
