Additional powers of commission, assistance, contracts--loans toprivate partners.

227.642. 1. The commission may take any action to obtain federal,state, or local government or private sector assistance for the project andmay enter into any contracts required for such assistance.

2. In the comprehensive agreement, the commission may agree to loanmoneys received from any federal, state, or local government or the privatesector to the private partner for the development and/or operation of theproject from time to time; provided that the commission shall obtain fromthe private partner such security for any loan made to the private partnerin any type or amount as the commission deems necessary.
