Penalty for violation.

229.220. Any person violating the provisions of section229.210 and any person who shall unlawfully remove either of thebarriers or either of the written or printed notices abovementioned, shall be adjudged guilty of a misdemeanor and uponconviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fivedollars nor more than one hundred dollars.
