Penalty.

229.290. Any person violating the provisions of sections229.230 to 229.290 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and,upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than tendollars and not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonmentin the county jail for not less than five days and not more thansixty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
