Penalty.

229.370. Any person, firm or corporation violating theprovisions of sections 229.300 to 229.370 or failing to complytherewith shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor. The provisions of sections 229.300 to 229.370 shallapply only to counties of class one, and any and all laws orparts of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
