Overseer to make monthly statement--file with county clerk.

231.050. Each road overseer shall file with the countyhighway engineer, or the county clerk in counties that have nohighway engineer, between the first and tenth day of each month,a detailed statement of his transactions as road overseer duringthe preceding month, showing the amounts collected by him andfrom whom collected, and the amounts disbursed, and on whataccount, and what work has been done in his district, includingthe amount of his own work, and when and where done, and for themaking of which reports suitable blanks shall be furnished by thecounty.
