233.035. The county clerk of any county in which saidspecial road district may be organized shall, within five daysafter the adoption of the provisions of sections 233.010 to233.165 by the voters of any such special road district, notifythe mayor and members of the city council of any city within suchspecial road district and the commissioners of the countycommission of such fact, and call them to meet in the commissionmeeting room at a specified time within five days from suchnotice, for the purpose of appointing special road districtcommissioners as above provided.
