Appointment of trustee.

233.435. Whenever the county commission shall dissolve anysuch road district, the said county commission shall appoint somecompetent person to act as trustee for the road district sodissolved, and such trustee, before entering upon the dischargeof his duties, shall take and subscribe an oath that he willfaithfully discharge the duties of his office, and shall givebond with sufficient security to be approved by the countycommission, to the use of such disincorporated road district,conditioned for the faithful discharge of his duty.
