235.080. Within thirty days after the final order of thecounty commission in which said district has been declared apublic corporation, the county clerk of said commission shalltransmit to the recorder of deeds in the county in which thedistrict is located copies of the findings and orders of thecommission incorporating said district. The same shall be filedin the same manner as articles of incorporation are required tobe filed under the general laws concerning corporations.
