Additional information to be set out.

236.040. In the case supposed in section 236.020, the personor corporation proposing to erect a dam shall file a petition asprovided in section 236.030, and in addition thereto shall setforth:

(1) The name and place of residence of the owner of the landon the other side of the watercourse whereon to abut such dam;

(2) On what side of the watercourse it is proposed to erectsuch mill, electric power and light works, or other machinery inconnection with the dam; and

(3) A prayer that the title to one acre of the land on theopposite side of such watercourse, to include the place where toabut such dam, may be decreed to such person or corporation, andthat the same may be set apart by metes and bounds.
