Upon the filing of the report of the viewers and engineer, theclerk shall immediately give notice of the filing thereof, by publication insome newspaper published in the county wherein the proceeding is pending.Such notice shall be published for three successive weeks, three times, andshall be substantially in the following form, to wit:
