243.210. Where lateral ditches constructed by a districtorganized under this chapter have outlets in an old channel orslough, all the provisions of this chapter shall apply to andgovern these channels or sloughs the same as though they had infact been constructed by the district from the outlet of thelateral ditch to the outlet of the old channel or slough.
