243.420. 1. The fees allowed by county commissions forservices actually rendered drainage districts organized under theprovisions of this chapter shall be determined by the countycommission.
2. The county commission shall have power to contract forany of the aforesaid services. All expense accounts shall beaccompanied by vouchers showing the items actually paid.
