Appeals from circuit court decision.

244.080. Any person may appeal from the decision or decreeof the circuit court as provided by law in other civil actions.Such appeal shall not act as a supersedeas or delay constructionof either the ditch or levee or laying of the tile, but beforesuch work shall be begun the owners of the land to be drained orprotected shall pay into the hands of the circuit clerk for theuse of the parties whose land is taken or injured, the amountawarded to said party or parties by the circuit court.
