Board to organize.

245.345. The directors appointed under the provisions ofsections 245.285 to 245.545, shall call a meeting of their bodyat such time and place as may be designated by the directors ofthe county in which the larger part of the levee district maylie. Said body shall be known and designated as the "board ofdirectors of levee district No. ...., lying in the counties of.........". Said board of directors shall organize by electing apresident, vice president and secretary, all of whom shall bemembers of said board, and such other officers, agents andservants as said board of directors shall deem necessary to carryout the provisions of sections 245.285 to 245.545.
