246.285. In all places where a state highway has beenlocated which crosses any levee constructed pursuant to chapter245, RSMo, and which is in use as a state highway before thelevee is built, approaches shall be built for a roadway on eachside of the levee to accommodate travel by the levee district.The roadway shall be reconstructed and repaved by the statehighway department.
