248.200. Nothing in this chapter contained shall be soconstrued as to constitute a contract or grant between the stateof Missouri and any sanitary district formed under itsprovisions, or to prevent, debar or deprive the state of Missourifrom, at any time in the future, altering, amending or repealingthis chapter, or imposing any conditions, restrictions orrequirements other, different or additional to any hereincontained, upon any sanitary district formed hereunder.
