Two trustees may make decision.

249.170. In all proceedings under sections 249.010 to249.420 at all meetings of the board of trustees the vote of twoof the trustees shall be sufficient and all lawful actions inpursuance of a vote of two trustees shall be deemed the act ofthe sewer district.
