Compensation of liquidator and counsel.

249.700. The liquidator under sections 249.670 to 249.700shall receive compensation to be fixed by the court, not toexceed two hundred and fifty dollars per month, and he shall alsohave power, subject to the approval of the court, to employcounsel whose compensation shall not exceed two hundred dollarsper month and necessary clerks whose compensation shall beapproved by the court; such counsel and clerks shall serve at thewill of the liquidator. The compensation of the liquidator, hiscounsel and clerks shall be deemed part of the cost of winding upthe district.
