Services outside corporate limits--rates.

250.190. Any such city, town or village or sewer districtoperating a sewerage system or a combined waterworks and seweragesystem under this chapter shall have power to supply waterservices or sewerage services or both such services to premisessituated outside its corporate boundaries and for that purpose toextend and improve its sewerage system or its combined waterworksand sewerage system. Rates charged for sewerage services orwater services to premises outside the corporate boundaries mayexceed those charged for such services to premises within thecorporate limits.
