Adoption of plan.

251.340. The regional planning commission may adopt thecomprehensive plan as a whole by a single resolution, or, as thework of making the whole comprehensive plan progresses, may byresolution adopt a part or parts thereof, any such part tocorrespond generally with one or more of the functionalsubdivisions of the subject matter of the plan. The resolutionshall refer expressly to the maps, plats, charts, programs anddescriptive and explanatory matter, and other matters intended bythe regional planning commission to form the whole or any part ofthe plan, and the action taken shall be recorded on the adoptedplan or part thereof by the identifying signature of the chairmanof the regional planning commission.
