252.060. It is hereby declared to be the duty of everyperson holding a license or permit issued pursuant to any suchrules and regulations to submit the same for inspection by anyagent of the commission, or by any sheriff, marshal or constableor any deputy thereof. Any person holding such license or permitand refusing to submit the same when a proper demand is madetherefor shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
