Service of warrant on corporation.

252.110. In case of a violation of this law or of any of therules and regulations of the conservation commission by acorporation, a warrant of arrest may be read to the president,secretary or manager in this state or any general or local agentthereof in the county where the action is pending; and uponreturn of such warrant so served the corporation shall be deemedin court and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, and any fineimposed may be collected by execution against the property ofsuch corporation; but this section shall not be construed toexempt any agent or employee of such corporation fromprosecution.
