Soliciting illegal shipments--penalty.

252.170. It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit bycorrespondence, printed cards, circulars, shipping tags,advertisement or otherwise, any illegal shipments, consignmentsor delivery of wildlife, contrary to the laws and rules andregulations of this state, or in any manner to aid or abet aconspiracy to violate this law or any of such laws, rules andregulations. Any person violating this section shall uponconviction thereof be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall befined not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundreddollars.
