Consignee to notify commission--penalty.

252.180. Any person to whom is consigned any wildlife, thetaking, transportation, sale or possession of which is at anytime or at all times prohibited or not permitted by such laws,rules and regulations, shall upon receipt of same immediatelynotify the commission or any of its authorized agents, and safelykeep such wildlife in his possession or under control, subject tothe order of the commission. Any person violating this sectionshall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shallbe fined not less than five dollars, nor more than fifty dollars.
