256.474. A registered person, firm or corporationpracticing geology may be reprimanded by the board for failure toabide by the requirements of sections 256.450 to 256.483. Theboard may impose limitations, conditions or restrictions upon thepractice of a geologist-registrant in-training or a registeredgeologist who is reprimanded under this section.
