Surface water tracing, registration required--renewal--documentationrequired.

256.621. All persons engaged in groundwater or surfacewater tracing, for any purpose, shall register with the division.This registration shall be renewed annually. The registrantshall report in writing all proposed injections of tracers to thedivision prior to actual injection. Written and graphicaldocumentation of traces shall be provided to the division withinthirty days of completion of each trace. The division shallmaintain records of all injections and traces reported and willprovide this information to interested parties upon request atthe cost of reproduction.
