258.010. 1. There shall be a "State Interagency Council forOutdoor Recreation" composed of the following state agencies:
(1) Department of agriculture;
(2) Office of administration;
(3) Department of social services;
(4) Department of economic development;
(5) Department of conservation;
(6) Department of natural resources;
(7) Department of transportation;
(8) University of Missouri.
2. The department of natural resources shall provide allstaff support and office space for the council.

All personnel and property of the council were transferred to the department of natural resources by type I transfer.
