259.150. 1. Whenever either party to a contested matteravers that there is a question or questions of fact involved, thematter shall be submitted to the public service commission forhearing on the question or questions of fact.
2. The rules and regulations governing practice before thepublic service commission shall be in effect on such hearing todetermine a question or questions of fact.
3. Costs in said action may be set and taxed by thecommission as it may see fit.
