Use of real property subject to zoning laws and recorded instruments.

260.1015. Sections 260.1000 to 260.1039 shall not authorize a use ofreal property that is otherwise prohibited by zoning, by law other thansections 260.1000 to 260.1039 regulating use of real property, or by arecorded instrument that has priority over the environmental covenant. Anenvironmental covenant may prohibit or restrict uses of real property whichare authorized by zoning or by laws other than sections 260.1000 to260.1039.
