260.1071. 1. The department shall educate consumers regarding thecollection, recycling, and reuse of equipment.
2. The department shall host or designate another person to host anInternet site providing consumers with information about the recycling andreuse of equipment, including best management practices and informationabout and links to information on:
(1) Manufacturers' collection, recycling, and reuse programs,including manufacturers' recovery plans; and
(2) Equipment collection events, collection sites, and communityequipment recycling and reuse programs.
