260.377. Subject to appropriations, the department ofnatural resources shall conduct inspections of any hazardouswaste facility. The frequency of such inspections shall bespecified by the commission through rule and regulation based onthe classification category of the hazardous waste, as specifiedin section 260.370. Such inspections shall determine complianceby licensee or permittee with the requirements of sections260.350 to 260.430 and regulations promulgated thereunder as wellas compliance with any special conditions in the permit issued tothe permittee.
