Investigation, no person to refuse entry--search warrant to be issued.

260.525. No person shall refuse entry or access for thepurpose of investigating or responding to hazardous substanceemergencies of an authorized representative of the departmentwho presents appropriate credentials, nor obstruct or hamper therepresentative. A suitably restricted search warrant, uponshowing of probable cause in writing and upon oath, shall beissued by any judge or associate circuit judge havingjurisdiction to any such representative for the purpose ofenabling the representative to investigate or respond tohazardous substance emergencies.
