Tax levy authorized for counties containing regional disposalfacilities.

260.730. Any county within the state of Missouri in whicha low-level radioactive waste regional disposal facility islocated is hereby authorized to levy and collect an annual taxof not more than three percent of the gross receipts of thefacility.
