262.240. At least three months before the holding of anyannual fair the director, at the direction of the commission,shall prepare a catalogue and list of premiums offered. He shallprint the same in proper form, with the rules and regulationsgoverning entries, exhibits and the payment of premiums; and heshall, at least three months before the opening of the fair,cause as many copies of the catalogue as the commission directsto be distributed throughout the state, and he shall send a copyto any person making request therefor.
