263.267. Classification of a county as a Johnson grassextermination area shall be terminated by an order of the countycommission of such county and an election conducted in the mannerand form prescribed for classifying such county as a Johnsongrass extermination area. Elections covered under this sectionmay not be presented to the qualified voters more often than onceevery two years.
