274.280. No association organized hereunder and complyingwith the terms hereof shall be deemed to be a conspiracy or acombination in restraint of trade or an illegal monopoly; or anattempt to lessen competition or to fix prices arbitrarily norshall the marketing contracts and agreements between theassociation and its members or any agreements authorized in thischapter, be considered illegal as such or in unlawful restraintof trade or as part of a conspiracy or combination to accomplishan improper or illegal purpose.
