Articles of agreement, how drawn.

275.030. Associations may be incorporated under theprovisions of this chapter, by three or more persons enteringinto written articles of agreement which shall set forth:

(1) The name of the association, which shall include thename of the commodity which the members thereof are engaged ingrowing, producing or marketing;

(2) The location of the principal office or place ofbusiness;

(3) The names and post-office addresses of the personsagreed upon as directors for the first year, not less than threeof whom shall be citizens and residents of this state;

(4) The date and place of meeting of the incorporators forthe purpose of adopting bylaws and the election of officers.
