Director granted subpoena power--venue, where.

276.646. If any livestock dealer fails or refuses to complywith the provisions of sections 276.600 to 276.661, the directormay subpoena such person and all livestock sales and purchaserecords. Upon refusal of any person to comply with any suchsubpoena, the director may petition the circuit court havingvenue for an order enforcing such subpoena. Upon failure of anyperson to obey a court order enforcing the director's subpoena,the court issuing such order shall find that person in contemptand punish him as provided by law. For purposes of this sectionvenue shall be in the circuit court of any county in which thelivestock dealer regularly purchases or sells any livestock.
