280.040. Whenever the director has knowledge that a licenseelicensed under the provisions of this chapter has violated theprovisions of this chapter, in order to protect the interest ofthe public, the director, after hearing, may suspend or revokehis license. The licensee shall be notified in writing of theviolation, date and place of the hearing of suspension orrevocation of his license.
