Inspection--right of entry--search warrant to issue, when.

280.090. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions andrequirements of this chapter and the rules made and notices givenpursuant thereto, the director or his authorized agents,inspectors or employees may enter into or upon any premisesduring reasonable business hours and open any package orcontainer containing or believed to contain treated timber and totake reasonable samples for testing purposes of preservativesused or treated products being sold or offered for sale. If thedirector or his authorized agent is denied access to anypremises, where such access was sought for the purposes set forthin this chapter, the director or his authorized agent may applyto a court of competent jurisdiction for a search warrantauthorizing access to the premises. The court may issue a searchwarrant for the purposes requested upon probable cause beingshown.
