Definitions.

286.001. As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly statesotherwise, the following terms mean:

(1) "Commission", the labor and industrial relations commission;

(2) "Council", the governor's council on disability;

(3) "Department", the department of labor and industrial relations;

(4) "Director", the director of the department of labor andindustrial relations;

(5) "Division", the divisions of employment security, labor standardsand workers' compensation; and

(6) "Division heads", the division directors for each of thedivisions.
