286.100. The commission and each of the divisions in the departmentshall keep their central offices in Jefferson City. The board of publicbuildings, or such agency as may exercise the powers and duties nowperformed by such board, shall, as far as practicable and as soon aspossible, furnish centralized office space and quarters for the departmentand each of its divisions.
