Occupational diseases directly related to cleanup of an illegal drugmanufacturing lab.

287.070. Disease of the lungs or respiratory tract or disease of theheart or cardiovascular system, including carcinoma, may be recognized asoccupational diseases for the purposes of chapter 287, and are defined tobe disability due to exposure to smoke, gases, or inadequate oxygen, forpeace officers certified pursuant to chapter 590, RSMo, or any personassisting in the cleanup or disposal if a direct causal relationship isestablished to exposure to an illegal controlled substance manufacturinglaboratory.
