Insurance companies to make report.

287.350. Every insurance carrier writing insurance for liabilityhereunder, or the liability of employers rejecting this chapter, shall reportto the director of the department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration, in accordance with such rules as he may adopt, suchinformation as he may at any time require for the purpose of determining thesolvency of carrier or the fairness, reasonableness and adequacy of its rates,and for such purposes the director may inspect the books and records of suchcarriers and examine its officers, agents and servants under oath.
